Mua’malat is hadd tak pahuch gaye hain ke agar kisi naujawaan ke baare mein dus logon ne sirf achhi raai pesh kar di aur usey nek aur faazil shakhs bata diya par kisi ne bhi usey Ahle Fatwaa aur Kibaar Ahle ilm mein se nahi gardana uske bawajood *uske paas poori duniya se sawalat karne walon ka tanta bandh jata hai, “humare muazzaz shaykh” jaise alqaab se mulaqqab kiya jane lagta hai, phir mua’mala apni hadd ko phalaang kar ke aage badh jata hai, aur woh shakhs guroor wa takabbur mein mubtala ho jata hai, sawalaat ki kasrat ki bina par WhatsApp group bana kar us ka Admin ban jata hai*

Jab ke aise shaksh ke liye fatwaa dena hargiz jayez nahin

Na hi kisi ke liye yeh rawa (jaiz) hai ke woh is qism ke logon se sawaal kare.

Mere Bhai! Yeh Allah ka Deen hai.

Jaldbaazi se kaam na lein.

Agar Allah ne aapko ilm e sharai se nawaza 

aap buland maqam wa martaba wale huye

Ahle ilm ne aapko fatwaa dene ka Ahl qarar diya

Che jaye ke (phir bhi) is se badi salamati ki baat ek aqalmand ke nazdeek aur kuchh nahin ke us se sawalaat na kiye jayein.

Dar haqeeqat yeh duniya ke khazaanon mein sab se azeem khazaana hai.

Rabb e Kaba ki qasam aisa shakhs jo fatwaa dene ke sangini ko janta hai ,

Yeh janta hai ke qiyamat ke din us ka bojh kitna azeem hoga

Yeh janta hai ke woh Allah Rabbul Aalameen ki taraf se tauseeq kar raha hai (ke jo us ne bataya hai wohi Allah ne Deen banaya hai)

Allah ki qasam agar aise shakhs ko ikhtiyaar diya jaye ke ya toh tum fatwaa do ya tumhara maal chheen liya jayega

Allah gawah hai ke usey maal ganwana pasand hoga lekin fatwaa dena nahin.

Fatwaa dena badi sangin baat hai

Woh Allah ki janib se tauseeq kar raha hota hai

Basaa auqaat (kabhi kabhi) aisa hota hai ke us ke fatwe ki buniyad par kisi ki izzat dao par lag jati hai

Kisi ka nahaq qatl kar diya jata hai

Is liye kisi musalman keliye yeh jayez nahin ke woh apna Deen har kisi ke saamne pesh kare 

Khowah us shakhs ko Ulama ne nek wa faazil hi kyun na bataya ho

Us ki Salah wa Taqwa ki ya us ke Sunnat par mutamassik hone ki wajah se baaz Ulama aur awaam un-nas ne 

Us ki taarif hi kyun na ki ho.

Is baab mein taarif ek alag mas’ala hai

Jab ke ilm aur fiqh wa fatwaa ki baat alag hai.
