​Biwi ke ulaama karam ke duroos main shirkat karne se sohar ka tang dili ka muzahira

sawal : sayel kehta hai : baaz naujawan aisi larki se shadi karte hain jo ilm o rahl ilm se mohabbat karti hai, lekin jab woh un ke sath ulama karaam ke duroos mein shirkat karne ke liye jana chahti hai to woh tang dili aur bezari ka muzahira karte hain, balkay kabhi to –apne qaul o fail se aeza  rasani tak karte hain, is harkat ka kya hukum hai? aur hum aap se is baray mein tauwaja chahhate hain, Jazak Allahu khairan ?




jawab : is ke mukhtalif ahwaal hain :


pehli haalat : is ne Aqad nikah mein yeh shart a’aeid kar di ho ke woh masajid mein qabil aitbaar o bharosa Salafi ulama karaam ke duroos mein shirkat kere gi to phir biwi ki is shart ki wafa karna shohar par wajib hai warna nikah faskh hojaye ga Albata yeh doosri baat hai ke woh apni is shart se dast bardari karle, taakay Allah taala is ka behtareen aiwz usay Ata farmaiye .


doosri haalat : is ne yeh shart nah rakhi ho, to phir is haal mein un umoor ko hum dekhen ge :


pehla amar : is ke jane se koi Maslehat faut nah hoti ho, yani agar woh is ke sath masjid gayi to woh Maslehat zaya hojaye gi aur fasaad is ki jagah le le ga .


dosra amar : is ke jane se na shohar ko khud koi nuqsaan ho na hi ghar ko, to phir is par wajib hai ke woh usay ijazat de Aap صلى الله عليه وسلم ne farmaya :


( Allah ki bandion ko Allah ki masajid se n roko ) .[1] 


aur ek riwayat mein hai :


( agar tum mein se kisi ki aurat is se masajid jane ki ijazat talab kere to usay chahiye ke woh usay ijazat de dai ) .[2] 


aakhri haalat : is ke jane mein shohar ke liye aur khud is ke liye khatrah ho. yeh is waqt hota hai jab aman o aman ki kami ho ya bilkul hi napaid ho, fasik o badmas log ghaat mein baithy hotay hain, khasosan jab masafat bhi baeed ho. agar woh dekhte hain kisi shakhs ko ke is ke sath aurat hai to inhen a’aeza pohanchanay se daregh nahi karte, kabhi to is shakhs ko qatal karkay is ki aurat ko ighwa karkay le jatay hain, to is haalat mein woh usay mana kere ga .
