Hazrat Abdullah Ibn Masood (radiallahu anhu) Ki Hadith

1.Hazrat Abdullah Ibn Masood (radiallahu anhu) Ki Hadith:
Matn: Abdullah Ibn Masood (radiallahu anhu) ne farmaya:”Kya main tumhe Rasoolullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki nimaz na padhau? pas Aap ne nimaz padi aur sirf pahli martaba haath uthaye”.

Tahqeeq:

Ye sanad aur matn k lehaz say da’if hain.

Ist Jawab:

Phele hum matn par baat karte hain kya is hadith ka matn sahih hain?

 

1.Imam Bukhari r.a farmate hain: Ahmad Bin Hanbal r.a ne Yahiya Ibn Adam r.a say bayaan kiya kii: Main ne Abdula Bin Idrees ki Aasim Bin Kaleeb say kitab main dekha,is main “phir dubara nahi kiya” k alfaaz nahi hain.(Abdula Bin Idrees ki) Yeh rewayat zeada sahih hain kyun kii Ulma k nazdeek kitab zeada mahfooz hote hain kyun kii adami baz awqaat koi baat karta hain phir jab (apne kitab) ki tarha roju karta hain (sahih) wohi hota hain jo kitab main hain.{Juz Rafa-ul-Yadain, Hadith no.32, At Talkhees Habeer, 1/ 122}

 

2.Imam Abu Dawud r.a ne kaha: Yeh Hadith ek lambi hadith say mukhtasar hain aur in alfaaz main sahih nahi hain.{Sunan Abu Dawud, Hadith no.848, Mishkaaq, Hadith no.809, At Talkhees Habeer, 1/ 122}

 

3.Imam Abu Hatim Al-Razi ne kaha: Yeh hadith khata (mistake) hain, kaha jaata hain kii (Sufiyan) Sori r.a ko is main waham hua hain kyun kii ek jamaat ne is ko Asim Bin Kaleeb say in alfaaz k saath bayaan kiya hain kii Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne nimaz sohru kiye, pas haath uthaye phir ruku kiya aur tatbeeq kiye aur apne haathu ko gutnu k darmeyan rakha, kise dosray ne Sori wale baat bayaan nahi kiya hain.{Ilal Al-hadith, 1/96, Hadith no.258}    

 

4.Imam Darqutni r.a ne kaha: Is hadith k alfaz mahfooz nahi hain.{Kitab-ul-Ilal, 5/173, Masla No.804 }

Note: Kuch log bolte hain Imam Darqutni r.a ne isko sahih kaha hain, Imam Darqutni ne Abdula Bin Idrees ki hadith ko sahih kaha hain naki Sori ki.

Muhadithseen ki aqsareyat ne is hadith ko da’if kaha hain:
1) Imam Abdulla Bin Mubarak r.a farmate hain: Ibn Masood ki (taraf mansoob ye) riwayat saabit nahi hain.{Sunan At-Tirmidhi, 1/ 59, Hadith no.257, Sanad Sahih}
2) Imam Shaafi ne tark-e-rafa-ul-yadain ki ahadith ko radd kar diya ke ye saabit nahi hain.

Yeh tamam buzurg hastiya tamam ummat k nazdik siqa wa mustanad hain,

In ka is riwayat ko bil itifaq da’if wa malool qarar dena is baat ka khula saboot hain kii yeh rewayat Da’if hain.

3.Imam Bukahri r.a ne Qatada An Ibn Abu Nadrah (Mundhir Ibn Maalik) wale ek rewayat k bare main farmaya: Qatada ne Abu Nadrah say is rewayat main apna sama ka tazkira nahi kiya.{Juz Qirat, Hadith no.104}

4.Imam Abu Hatim Al-Razi r.a ne ek hadith k bare main farmaya: Sufiyan Ibn Uyaynah r.a ne is hadith main sama ki tasre nahi kiye aur yeh b isay da’if karar diya.{Ilala Al-Hadith, 1/232, Fiqra no.60}

6.Imam Ibn Khuzama r.a ne Amash ki An wali rewayat k bare main farmaya: Dusri baat yeh hain kii Amash mudalis hain, unhu ne Habib Bin Abi Sabit say apna sama zikir nahi kiya aur aur teesre baat yeh hain kii Habib Bin Abi Sabit b mudalis hain aur yeh maloom nahi kii unhu ne isay Aata say suna hain.{Kitab-ul-Tawheed:38}

7.Hafiz Ibn Jozi r.a ne Amash ki An wali rewayat k bare main farmaya: Yeh hadith sahih nahi hain, Ahmad Bin Hanbal ne kaha: Is hadith ki asal nahi hain, is main koi Asmash say yeh nahi kahta kii humain Abu Saliha ne hadith bayaan kiye hain aur Asmash da’if raweyu say hadith bayaan karte (yani tadlees) thy.{Al-Ilal Al-Mutnahya, 1/437}

7.Safaraz Safdar k ustad Abdul Qadir Deobandi ne Imam Behaqi par rad karte hue kaha: Alama Behaqi par tajub hain kii wo jaante hue b kii Qatada mudalis hain aur An say rewayat karte hain, is ko istadal main laykar apna matlab nikal gaya hain.{Tadqakul Kalaam, 1/106}
8. Hafiz Ibn Hajar r.a ne farmaya: Adil raweyu say jab ek martaba tadlees sabit ho jaye toh is ka hukum yeh hain kii us ki wohi rewayat qobool kiye jayege jis main tahadith ki tasare hoge.{Nuzhat Al-Nazar Fi Sharah Nukhbat Al-Fikr, 1/106}

Yeh ibarat nakal kar k Faqirullah Deobandi ne likha: Hafiz Ibn Hajar r.a ka bayaan karda yeh hukum tamam ulma-e-usool k haan mutafaq aala hain, Alama Iraqi r.a, Alama Ibn Abdul Bar r.a k mukdima tamheed say mudalis ka yehi hukum nakal karte hue likhte hain: Is hukum main ulma-e-usool ka koi ikhthilaaf mere ilm main nahi hain.{Al-Taqkyyar Wala Hada} {Khatamul Kalam:476}

5.Muhammad Mahobbat Ali Qadri ne fateha khalfal Imam ki ek hadith par jarah karte hote batori razamandi likha: Alama Muhammad Bin Ali Namwi farmate hain kii is ki sanad main Maqhool hain jo kii tadlees karte hain aur us ne is rewayat main “An Ana” kiya hain aur is ki sanad main iztiraab hain.{Nusrat-ul-Haq:224}

               Imam Sufiyan Sori r.a Ki Tadlees Aur Tabqa-e-Saniya?

Hafiz Ibn Hajar Asqalani r.a ne Imam Sufiyan Sori r.a ko mudaliseen k tabqa-e-saniya main zikir kiya hain.{Tabqatul Mudaliseen,2/51}

 

Hafiz Ibn Hajar ki yeh tehqeeq kaye liyaz say galat hain jis ki filhal 32 dalail aur hawalay payesh e khidmat hain:

1.Abu Haneefa r.a ne Aasim Ann Abe Razeen Ann Abbas ki sanad say ek hadith bayan kiye kii murtad ko qatal nahi kiya jayega.{Sunnan Darqutni (3/201, Hadith no.3422), Al Kamil Ibn Adi (7/2472), Sunnan Qubrah Behaqi (8/203), Kitab-ul-Umm Shafi (6/167), Musanaf Ibn Abe Shybah (10/140, Hadith no.28985)}

 

Imam Yahiya Bin Ma’ein r.a ne farmaya: Abu Haneefa par us ki bayan karda ek hadith ki waja say Sufiyan Sori nukhta cheeni kartay thy jisay Abu Haneefa k ellawa kisi ne b Aasim Ann Abee Razeen (ki sanad) say bayan nahi kiya.{Sunnan Darqutni, 3/200, Hadith no.3420, Sanad Sahih}

 

Imam Abdul Rehman Bin Mehdi r.a ne farmaya: Main ne Sufiyan Sori say murtad k baray main Aasim ki hadith ka poocha toh unho ne farmaya: yeh rewayat siqa say nahi hain.{Al Intika La Ibn Abdul Barr:148, Sanad Sahih}

 

Yeh wohi hadith hain jisay khud Sufiyan Sori ne “Asim Ann Abe Razeen Ann Abbas” ki sanad say bayaan kiya toh unn k shagird Imam Abu Asim (Al Zahaq Bin Mukhlad Al Nabeel) ne kaha: Hum yeh samajte hain kii Sufiyan Sori ne iss hadith main Abu Haneefa say Tadlees kiye hain lehaza main ne donu sanday likh dee hain.{Sunnan Darqutni, 3/201, Hadith no.3423, Sanad Sahih}

 

Iss say maloom hua k Imam Sufiyan Sori apnay nazdeekh gair siqa rawiyou say b tadlees kartay thy.Imam Zahabee nay likha hain: wo (Sufiyan Sori) da’if raviyou say b tadlees kartay thy.{ Mizaan-ul-Aetidaal, 2/169 aur Seer Alam-ul-Nublah, 7/242,274}

 

Usool-e-Hadith ka ek mashoor qaidah hain k jo rawi da’if raviyou say tadlees karey toh uss ki Ann wali riwayat da’if hote hain.Hafiz Zahabee nay likha hain: phir apnay ustad say tadlees kar ne wala agar siqa rawiyou say tadlees karey toh koi harg nahi hain aur agar da’if raviyou say tadlees karey toh mardood hain.{Al Muwqaz Fil Alim Mastala Al Hadith Lil Zahabee:45, Mah Sharrah Kifiyatul Hifz:199}

 

Abu Bakkar Al Serfee (Muhammad Bin Abdullah Al Baghdadi Al Shafi) ne apne kitab Al Dalaell main kaha: har wo shakh jis ki gair siqa rawiyou say tadlees zahir ho jayege uss ki hadith qabool nahi kiye jayege illah yeh kii wo “Hadasani yah samaitoo”/ yani ki sama ki tasaree karey.{Al Nukht Lilzar Kashee,184 aur Al-Tabsurrah Wa Tazqira Sharah Alfath-ul-Iraqi:1/183,184}

 

Usool-e-Hadith k iss qaiday say saaf sabit hain ki Imam Sufiyan Sori ( Apnay tarz e amal ki waja say) Tabqa-e-Saniya k nahi balki Tabqa-e-Salasa k mudalis thy.

 

2.Imam Ali Bin Abdula Al-Madni r.a ne farmaya: Log Sufiyan Sori ki hadith main Yahiya Bin Sayed Al-Qattan k mahtaaj hain kyun kii masra bil sama rewayat bayaan karte thy.{Al-Kifaya Lil Khateeb: 362, Sanad Sahih}
Imam Ali Bin Abdula Al-Madni Imam Sufiyan Sori ko tabaqa-e-salasa main say samujtay thy warna Yahiya Bin Sayed Al-Qattan ki rewayat ka muhtaaj hone ka kya matlab hain?.
3.Yahiya Bin Sayed Al-Qattan r.a ne farmaya: Main ne Sufiyan Sori say sirf wohi kuch likha hain jis main unhu ne “Hadasani aur Hadasana” kaha siwaye do hadith k.{Kitab-ul-Ilal Wal Marifathul Rijaal Lil Imam Ahmad:1/207 Ta 1130, Sanad Sahih, Dosra Nuskha, 1/242, Rakam:318}
Yahiya Bin Sayed Al-Qattan k qaul say sabit hua kii wo Sufiyan Sori ko tabqa-e-saniya say nahi samujte thy warna ahadith na likhne ka kya fahida?

4.Imam Yahya Bin Ma’een r.a ne Sufiyan Sori ko mudalis karar diya hain {Al-Jarah Wal Ta’deel, 4/ 225, Sanad Sahih } aur kaha: Mudalis apne tadlees main hujjut nahi hota. {Al-Kifaayah:362, Sanad Sahih}
Imam Ibn Ma’een k is qaul say saaf sabit hua kii wo Sufiyan Sori ko tabqa-e-saniya say nahi samujte thy.

5.Imam Ibn Habban r.a ne farmaya: Wo mudalis rawe jo siqa, adil hain, hum un ki sirf un marweyat say hi hujjut pakadte hain jin main wo sama ki tasare kare maslan Sofiyan Sori, Aamash aur Abu Ishaq wagarahum jo ki zabardast siqa thy.{Al-Ahsaan Ba Tarteeb Sahih Ibn Habban, 1/90}

Aur farmaya: Baz uwqaat yeh apne ustad say jin say suna tha wo rewayat batori tadlees bayaan kardete jisay unhu ne da’if na qabilay hujjut logu say suna tha pas mudalis agarche siqa hi ho jab tak “Hadasana ya samtu” na kahay toh us ki hadith say hujjut pakadna jayez nahi hain.{Kitabul Majar Wa Hayan, 1/92}

Ibn Habban k qaul say saaf sabit hua kii wo Sufiyan Sori ko tabqa-e-saniya say nahi samujte thy.

6.Imam Hakim Nasapuri r.a ne mudaliseen k phelay tabqay ka zikir kiya jo siqa raweyu say tadlees karte thy phir unhu ne dosray tabqay (tabqa-e-saniya) ka zikir kiya, phir unhu ne teesray tabqay (tabqa-e-Salasa) ka zikir kiya jo majhool raveyu say tadlees karte thy.{Marifatul Uloom-ul-Hadith:103,104,105}

Imam Hakim ne Imam Sufiyan Sori ko mudaliseen k teesray tabqay main zikir kar k bataya kii wo majhool raweyu say tadlees karte thy.{Marifatul Uloom-ul-Hadith:106, Fiqra no.253}

Is ibarat ko Hafiz Al-Ilaye ne yu bayaan kiya: Aur teesray wo jo majhool na maloom logu say tadlees karte thy jaisay sufiyan sori… {Jamia Al-Tatasal Fe Ahkaam Al-Muraseel:99}

7.Fiqra no.1 main Imam Abu Aasim Al-Nabeel ka qaul guzar chuqa hain jis say yeh sabit hota hain kii wo apne Ustad Sufiyan Sori ko tabqa-e-saniya main nahi samujte thy warna un ki mu’an’an rewayat ko sama par mahmool karte.

8.Imam Sufiyan Sori ne apne ustad Qayas Bin Muslim Al-Jadalee Al-Kufi say ek hadith bayaan kiye jis k bare main Imam Abu Hatim Al-Razi ne farmaya: Main nahi samujta kii Sori ne isay Qayas say suna hain, main isay mudalas samujta hua.{Uloom-ul-Hadith, 2/254, Hadith no.2255}
Imam Abu Hatim Al-Razi k qaul say saaf sabit hua kii wo Sufiyan Sori ko tabqa-e-Saniya say nahi samujte thy.

9.Tabaqa-e-Salasa k mashoor mudalis Imam Hisham Bin Basheer Al-Wasti say Imam Abdula Bin Mubarak r.a ne kaha: Aap tadlees kyun kartay hain halakii aap ne (bohut kuch) suna b hain? Toh unhu ne kaha: Do baday (b) tadlees karte thy yani Amash aur Sufiyan Sori.{Al-Ilala Al-Kabeer Lil Tirmidhi, 2/966, Sanad Sahih, Al-Tamheed, 1/25}
Abdula Ibn Mubarak r.a ne Hisham par koi rad nahi kiya kii yeh donu toh tanqa-e-saniya k mudalis hain aur aap tabqa-e-salasa k mudalis hain aur un ka khamosh rehna is baat ki taraf ishara hain kii unhu ne Hisham ki tarha Sufiyan Sori aur Amash ka mudalis hone tasleem kar liya tha ya wo Sufiyan Sori aur Amash ko b tabqa-e-salasa main say samujtay thy warna Hisham par zoroor rad kartay.

10.Yeh haqeeqat hain kii Imam Hisham Bin Basheer tabqa-e-salasa k mudalis thy aur Sufiyan Sori aur Amash ko b apne tarha tabqa-e-salasa k mudalis samujte thy nakii tabqa-e-saniya k.

11.Imam Yaqoob Bin Shaiba r.a ne farmaya: Pas agar gair siqa say tadlees kare ya us say jis say us ne nahi suna toh us ne tadlees ki had ko par karliya jis k bare main (baz) ulma ne rukhsat diye hain.
Chu’kii Sufiyan Sori ka da’if reweyu say tadlees karna sabit hain lihaza is qaul ki roshni main b un ki mu’an’an rewayat mardood hain.    
12.Imam Al-Nawawi r.a ne Sufiyan Sori k bare main farmaya: Aur in main say fahida b hain kii Sufiyan Sori r.a mudaliseen main say tha aur unhu ne phele rewayat main An Alqamata kaha aur mudalis ki An wale rewayat bala itifaq hujjut nahi hote ila yeh kii dosri sanad main sama ki tasare sabit hojaye.{Sharah Sahih Muslim Darsi Nuskha (1/136, Hadith no.277 ), Dusra Nuskha (3/178)}
Maloom hua Imam Al-Nawawi r.a Hafiz Ibn Hajar r.a ki tabqat-e-taqseem ko tasleem nahi karte thy jabkii Sufiyan Sori r.a ko tabqa-e-salasa ka mudalis samujhte thy.

13.Alama Al-Aini Hanfi r.a. ne Sufiyan Sori r.a k bare main kaha: Aur Sufiyan Sori r.a mudaliseen main say tha aur mudalis ki An wali rewayat say hujjut nahi pakde jate ila yeh kii us ka sama dosri sanad say sabit hojaye.{Umdatul Qari, 3/112}
Maloom hua Alama Aini Sufiyan Sori ko tabqa-e-Saniya say nahi samujte thy.

14.Imam Ibn Al-Tarkamani Hanfi r.a ne ek rewayat par jarah karte hue kaha: Is main teen ilatay hain: Sori mudalis hain aur unhu ne yeh rewayat An say bayaan kiye hain.{Al-Jawahir Al-Naqi, 8/262}
Maloom hua Ibn Tarkamani Sufiyan Sori ko tabqa-e-Saniya say nahi samujte thy.
15.Imam Al-Karmani Hanfi r.a ne Sufiyan Sori k bare main kaha: Beshak Sufiyan Sori mudaliseen main say hain aur mudalis ki An wali rewayat hujjut nahi hote ila yeh kii dosri sanad say sama ki tasare sabit ho jaye.{Sharh Sahih Bukhari, 3/62, Hadith no.214}
Maloom hua Karmani b Sufiyan Sori ko tabqa-e-Saniya say nahi samujte thy.

16.Qastalani r.a ne kaha Sufiyan rawe mudalis hain aur mudalis ka “An-Ana” qabalay hujjut nahi hota ila yeh kii us say sama ki tasari sabit ho jaye.{Irshad Al-Saari Sharh Sahih Bukhari, 1/286}
Maloom hua Qastalani Sufiyan Sori ko tabqa-e-Saniya say nahi samujte thy.

17.Hafidh Dhahabi r.a ne kaha:Wo (Sofiyan Sori) da’if logu say tadlees karta tha.{Mizaan Al-I’tidaal, 2/169, Seer A’lam Al-Nabula, 7/242} aur Hafidh Dhahabi ne likha hain: Phir apnay ustad say tadlees kar ne wala agar siqa rawiyou say tadlees karey toh koi harg nahi hain aur agar da’if rawiyou say tadlees karey toh mardoodh hain.{Al Muwqaz Fil Alim Mastala Al Hadith Lil Zahabee: 45, Mah Sharrah Kifiyatul Hifz:199}

Dhahabi k qaul say saaf sabit hua kii wo Sufiyan Sori ko tabqa-e-Saniya say nahi samujte thy.

18.Hafidh Ibn Salah r.a ne kaha:Sahihaan main is kisim k mudaliseen maslan Sufiyan Ibn Uyaynah, Amash, Qatada aur Hisham Bin Bashir wagarahum ki bohut see rewayate hain Aur kaha sahih yeh hain kii mudalis agar samaa ki tasaree kare toh maqbool hain warna madood hain.{Ikhtisar Aloom Ul Hadees (Zubair Ali Zai Ki Tahqeeq Main:43), Mukdima Ibn Salah:99}

Hafidh Ibn Salah k is qaul say saaf sabit hua kii wo Sufiyan Sori ko tabqa-e-Saniya say nahi samujte thy.

19.Hafidh Ibn Katheer r.a ne Ibn Salah k qayeda muzkura ko barqarar rakha aur ibarat-e-muzkura ko ikhtisaar k saath nakal kiya.{Ikhtisar Aloom-ul-Hadees (Zubair Ali Zai Ki Tahqeeq Main:43)}

20.Hafidh Ibn Al-Malkin r.a ne b Ibn Salah ki ibarat muzkura nakal kiya aur koi jarah nahi kiye.{Al-Makna Fi Uloom-ul-Hadith, 1/157,158}

21.Mojuda door k mashoor ulma aur Dhahabi-e-zamana Alama Sheikh Abdul Rehman Bin Yahiya Al-Mu’allimee Al-Yamani r.a ne tark-e-rafa-ul-yadian wali rewayat (Ibn Masood r.a ki hadith) ko malool karar dete hue phele illat yeh bayaan kiye kii Sufiyan Sori tadlees karte thy aur kise sanad main un k sama ki tasare nahi hain.{Al-Tankil Bima Fi Ta’nib Al-Kawthari Min Al-Abatil, 2/20}

Alama Yamani r.a ki is ibarat ka jawab aaj tak koi nahi de sakha na kis ne is hadith main Sufiyan Sori r.a k sama ki tasare sabit kiye.Ye log jitna b zoor lagaye Tark-e-rafa-ul-yadain wali rewayat An say hi hain.Yaad rahay kii is silsalay main kitab-ul-ilal lil Darqutni ka hawala bay sanad hone ki waja say mardood hain.

32.Ghulam Mustafa Nori Barelvi ne Sayed Bin Abi Urwaba (Hafiz ne is rave ko Tabqa-e-Saneya (2nd) main zikir kiya hain [Tabqaat-ul-Mudaliseen: 2/50]) k bare main likha: Laykin is ki sanad main ek toh Sayed Bin Abi Urwaba hain jo kii siqa hain laykin mudalis hain aur yeh rewayat b unhu ne Qatada say lafaz An k saath kiye hain aur jab mudalis An k saath rewayat karte toh wo hujjut nahi hote. {Takr-e-Rafa-ul-Yadain:425}
Maloom hua yeh sahab b Ibn Hajr r.a ki tabqat-e-taqseem ko tasleem nahi karte thy.

                             Hafidh Ibn Hajar r.a Ki Tabqat-e-Takseem:

Jo log Hafidh Ibn Hajar r.a ki tabqat-e-takseem par mutmayan hain un log ki khidmat main aaraz hain kii Hafidh Ibn Hajar ne Sufiyan Sori r.a aur Sufiyan Bin Uyaynah donu ko ek hi tabqay (tabqay-e-saniya) main upar neechay zikir kiya hain.

Sufiyan Bin Uyaynah r.a ne ek hadith bayaan kiye hain jis ka muhfoom yeh hain: Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya teen (3) masajid k ilawa atiqaaf nahi hota: Masjid-e-Haram, Masjid-e-Nabwi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), aur Masjid-e-Aqsa:Baytul Muqadas.{Sharah Muskilul Asaar Lil Tahawi (7/201, Hadith no.2771), Sunan Al Kubra Bahqi (4/316)}

Jo log tadlees ko nahi maante hain aur Hafiz Ibn Hajar r.a k tabqat ko maante hain wo baqi masajidu main atiqoof na kare. Ab Deobandi aur Baralwi bolayga yeh da’if hain kyun kii Sufiyan Bin Uyaynah r.a mudalis hain toh hum b aap logu ki tarha boldaygay wo khainr-ul- Qoroon main tha. aur do jawab munkireen-e-hadith ko kyun kii yeh hadith Quran k khilaaf hain.Is ko kahte hain ilzame jawab jiska koi jawab nahi.

                                   Ahle Taqleed Aur Tabqati Takseem:

Aini, Karmani, Qastalani aur Nawawi wagarahum k hawalay guzar chukay hain kii wo Hafidh Ibn Hajar k tabqa-e-saniya k mudaliseen k mu’an’an rewayat par b jarah karte thy lihaza sabit hua kii yeh log Hafidh Ibn Hajar ki tabqate takseem k qaayil nahi thy warna aisa kabi na karte.

Namwi Taqleedi ne Syed Bin Abi Urwaba (Tabqa-e-Saniya, 2/50) ko katheer ul tadlees qarar de kar kaha ki us ne yeh riwaayat An say bayaan kiye hain.{Aasaaru Sunnan Ka Haasha:186, Hadith no.550}

Sabit hua ki Ahle Taqleed bhi yeh tabkaati taqseem sahih tasleem nahi karte, yeh alaahida baat hain ki jab faayida aur marzi ho to baaz log tabqaat ul mudaliseen ke tabqaat say istidaal bhi kar lete hain aur agar marzi k khilaaf ho toh in tabqaat ko pas e pusht fenk dete hain.

 

Faayida:- Imaam Shaafi ne yeh asool samjaaya hain kii jo shakhs sirf ek dafa bhi tadlees kare to uski who riwayat maqbool nahi hote jis main samaa ki tasaree na ho.(Al Risaalaa: 379,380) baaki Ayima salaasa (Malik, Ahmad aur Abu Haneefa) say is usool k khilaaf kuch bhi saabit nahi hain lihaza jo log ayima-e-arba aur chaar mazhab ko hee barhaq hone ka aqeeda rakhte hain, gaur kariye ki tadlees ke maslay main ayima-e-arba ko chood kar wo kis raastay par jaa rahay hain?

Fourth Jawab:
Sufiyan Sori r.a ki is hadith main ruku say phele aur ruku k baad rafa-ul-yadain ka zikir nahi hain lihaza yeh rewayat mujmal hai, agar is ko aam tasawur kiya jaye toh phir in logu ka khud is rewayat par aamal nahi hain:

1.Wo witr main taqbeer-e-tahreema k baad ruku say phele rafa-ul-yadain kyun karte hain.
2.Wo eidain main taqbeer-e-tahreema k baad rafa-ul-yadian kyun karte hain.

Agar witr aur eidain ki takhsees deghar rewayat say sabit hain tu ruku say aur ruku k baad ki takhsees b sahihaan say sabit hain.

Is hadith say istidaal karne walu k liye zoruri hain ki wo is hadith k amoom say witr aur eidain k rafa-ul-dain ko bachaane ki koshish kare jo in logon ka jawaab hain wohi humaara jawaab bhi hain.

Tanbiya:- Ruku say pehle aur ruku k baad waale rafa-ul-dain ke mamaaniyat ya tarq kisi sahi hadith say saabit nahi hain, taraqain ki pesh karda sab ahadith baatil, da’if wa mardoodh hain (Mazeed tehqeeq k liye Hafiz Ibn Qayyim ki Al-Minaar-ul -Muneef:137 ka mutaala kare).

Fifth Jawaab:
Jaise kii ooper guzar chukka hain is hadith main ruku say pehle aur ruku k bad ka zikr nahi hain, Imam-ul-Fuk’haa Abu dawood r.a ne is da’if hadith par yeh baab bandha hain yaani uska jisne ruku say pehle rafa-ul-yadain ka zikr nahi kiya.{Abu dawood, 1/477, Hadith no.748}

Aur yeh baat aam talba ko bhi maloom hain (sabot-e-zikr k baad) adm-e-zikr say nafi-e- zikr laazim nahi hain.
Imam Tarkamaani Hanfi ne farmaya: Jo kisi cheez ko zikr na kare woh us par hujatt nahi hain jo kisi cheez ko zikr kare.{Al-Jawhaar-ul-Naqi, 4/317}
Mashoor Muhadiths Hafiz Ibn Hajar Askalaani ne farmaaya: Kisi cheez k adm-e-zikr say uska adam-o-qou laazim nahi aata.{Al-Dayaart-ul-Jazaas,1/225, Hadith no. 292, Baab Al-Istisqa}
Lihaaza Imam Sufiyan Sori ki adm-e-zikr waali is da’if hadith say bhi tarq-e-rafa-ul-dain indal raku bad saabit nahi ho sakta.
Sixth Jawab:
Sufiyan ki hadith main nafi hain aur sahi’een wagera ki mutawaatir ahadith main isbaat hain, yeh baat aam talba ko bhi maloom hain kii isbaat-e-nafi par mukdim hota hain.
Imam Al-Nawawi r.a ne kaha: Rafa-ul-dain ki hadith par amal karna oolaa hain, kyonkii woh isbaat hain aur yeh nafi hain, pas isbaat ko zyaadit-e-amal ki wajah say nafi par mukdim kiya jaayega.{Al-Majmoo’a Sharah-ul-Muhazib, 3/403)
Hanafi yeh kehte hain kii Karkhi Hanfi ne bhi musbat ko nafi par oolaa bil’amal qaraar diya hain.{Noor-ul-Nawaaris:197}
Mazeed tehqeeq ke liye mulaahiza farmaaye Nasb-ul-Raaya (1/359) wa Fathul Baari (1/333).

Seventh Jawab:
Baaz ulama ne kaha hain is hadith ka yeh matlab hain ki takbeer-e-tehreema k saath sirf ek dafa rafa-ul-dain kiya baar baar nahi kiya.{Mishqaat-ul-Masaabih:77, Hadith no.809}
Imam Al-Nawawi r.a ne farmaaya hain humaare saathiyon ne zikr kiya hain ki agar yeh hadith sahih hote toh iska yeh mafhoom hota ki shuroo nimaaz main aur baaki raka’toun ke shuroo main dobaara rafa-ul-yadain nahi karte the (iska ruku waale rafa-ul-yadain se koi taaluq nahi hain) is taaweel ke saath tamaam ahadith par amal hota hain.{Al-Majmoo’a, 3/403}

Eighth Jawab:
Yeh hadith agar bil faraz mahaal sahih hote toh bhi mansookh hoti.
Imam Ahmad Bin Al-Hussain Al-baihaqi ne farmaaya: Hosakta hain ki ibtida main rafa-ul-yadain raha ho jis waqt rafa-ul-dain ki mashroohiyat nahi hui thi, iske baad tatbeeq mansookh hogayi aur sunnat main rafa-ul-yadain ruku say pehle aur baad ka shuru hogaya aur yeh dono baatien (tatbeeq aur baad ka shuru hone wala rafa-ul-yadain) Ibn Masood r.a par maghfi reh gaye.{Muarifat-ul-sunan Aasar Qalmi, 1/220, Tehqeeq-ul-Raasikh Fee In Ahadith Rafa-ul-Yadain Laysul Haanaasikh:118 Lil Sheikh-ul-Imam Hafiz Muhammad gondlvi}
Tanbiya:Yeh ilzaami jawaab hain warna haqeeqat yeh hain kii yeh riwaayat Sayedina Ibn Masood r.a say saabit hi nahi hain.
Imam Baihaqi k daawe tasdeeq isay bhi hote hain ki Imam Hafiz Abdullah Bin Idrees ne is hadees ko ba’eena issi sanad ke saath aasim bin kaleeb se riwaayat kiya hain.{Masnad Ahmad:1/418, Sanad Sahih}
Is main ruku main tadbeeq ka zikr hain jo ki bila itifaaq mansookh hain.

                                                      Aakhri Baat:
Hafiz Ibn Hazam r.a Abdullah Bin Masood r.a ki is hadith k baare main likhte hain: Agar yeh hadith na hote toh har jhukne, buland hone, takbeer aur tehmeed k waqt faraz hota.{Al-Mehlaa, 4/88}

Daraj bala tehqeeq ki rooh se Ibn Hazam ke pesh karda hadith mutadad illal kee wajah se Da’if hain aur naqabil-e-istedaal hain.
Lihaaza qaari’een faisla kariye ki Ibn Hazam k nazdeek rafa-ul-yadain ka kya maqaam theharta hain? kya woh Ibn Hazam k nazdeek faraz nahi ho jata ?
