Hanfiyoon Ki Bebasi: Hanfiyoon k sab madaris mein Miskaat-ul-Masabeha padae jate hai aur Miskaat ka jo musanif hai Imam Wali-ud-Deen Abu Abdullah Muhammad Bin Abdullah Khateeb Al-Amri Al-Tabrezee Rahimahullah (Mutawafi 740 Hijri) farmate hai kii:

“Aap (Abu Haneefa) ki zindagi mein 4 Sahaba Kiraam zinda thy, Anas Bin Malik Basra mein, Abdullah Bin Abi Oofa Kufa mein, Sahal Bin Sa’id Sa’adi Madina Munawarah mein aur Abu Tufail Amir Bin Waasila Makka Mukarma mein, Taham In mein say kise say b Aap ki mulaqaat nahi hue aur na Aap ne In say barahirast kuch nahi suna hai”.

Ab Hanfiyoon ka dawa hai kii Abu Haneefa Rahimahullah Taba’een mein say thy laykin jo kitab in k madarish mein padaee jate hai aur kitab ka musanaf hi kahte hai Abu Haneefa  Taba’e nahi thy is liye Hanfiyoon k liye yeh parayshaani hai, Toh Hanafi Deobandi Alim Ilyas Ghuman ne iska jawab dene ki koshish kiye aur yeh tasoor dene ki koshish kiye hai kii Yeh Sahib-e-Miskaat ka tasamah hai aur unki galti hai {Qafla-e-Haq, Jild no.8, January, February, March, Shumaar no.1, Safa no.10-20} laykin haqeqat is k khilaaf hai , Aayeh hum Ilyas Ghuman Deobandi k dalail ka tahqeqe jaiyeza lete hai :

Dalil no.1: Imam Mofaq Al-Maki Rahimahullah ne Imam Muhammad Bin Umar Al-Ja’aabi Rahimahullah (M 355 H) ki sanad say rewayat kiya hai ke:

عن ابى حنيفة [رحمه الله] قال رايت انس بن مالك مى المسجد قا ئما يصلى

{Manaqib Moqaf Al-Maki, Jild no.1, Safa no.24, 25, Masnad Abi Haneefa Li Abi Nu’ayeem, Safa no.24}

Tarjama: Imam Abu Haneefa Rahimahullah farmate hai ke Main ne Hazrat Malik Bin Anas Radiallahu Anhu ko masjid mein namaz padte dekha.

Jawab:

Is rewayat ki sanad kuch is tarha hai:

حدثنا محمد بن عمر بن إملاء و حدثني محمد بن إبراهيم عنه حدثني محمد بن عمر بن البراء ثنا * أحمد بن مو سى بن عمران الحجلي من كتابه ثنا محمد بن سعيد ثنا أبي ثنا أبو يوسف عن أبي حنيفة

Yeh rewayat daragzail wojuhaat ki waja say jhoote hai:

[1] Moqaf Bin Ahmad Al-Maki majhool hai, Iski tawseeq kise b mutabar Muhadith ne nahi kiye hai jabkii Ibn Taimeya aur Zahabi ne inki rewayat par jarah kiye hai.

Imam Ibn Taimeya (Rahimahullah) farmate hai kii wo ulma-e-hadith mein say nahi aur na is fun mein us ki taraf rojo’a kiya jata hai.

Imam Zahabi (Rahimahullah) farmate hai kii Iski kitab Fazail-e-Ali Main ne dekhe hai us mein intiha’e kamzoor rewayaat bohut zeada hai.

[2] Abu Bakr Ahmad Bin Musa Bin Imraan b majhool hai, Agar yeh Ahmad Bin Musa Abi Imran hai jiski qunyat Abul Hasan Jarjaane hai toh kazab hai.

[3] Sa’id Bin Muhammad par shaded jarah kiyegaye hai.

[4] Abu Yousuf mukhtalif fi rawe jabkii jamhoor muhadithseen ne da’if karar diya hai.

*Abu Abdullah Muhammad Bin Ismaa’eel Al-Bukhaaree (Rahimahullah) ne kaha Tarakoohu (Muhadithseen ne isko tarak kiya hai).

Imam Bukhari (Rahimahullah) ne Kitab-ul-Du’afa Al-Sagheer (Rawe no.425) mein b Abu Yousuf ko zikr kiya hai.

**Abu Zur’aah Ar-Raazee ne Kitaab Ad-Du’afa (2/672, Rawe no.376) mein zikr kiya hai.

***Abu Hafs Amr Bin Ali Al-Falaas ne kaha Abu Yousuf sodooq hai magar bohut galtiya karta tha.

Dalil no.2: Imam Abu Na’ayeem As-Bahani Rahimahullah (M. 430 H) apne sanad say rewayat karte hai:

عن ابى حنيفة سمعت انس بن مالك يقول: سمعت رسول صلى الله عليه و سلم يقول: طلب العلم فريضة على كل مسلم

{Masnad Abi Haneefa Li Abi Nu’ayeem, Safa no.24}

Tarjama: Imam Abu Haneefa Rahimahullah farmate hai ke Main ne Hazrat Anas Bin Malik Radillahu Anhu say suna, Wo farmarahay thay ke Main ne Rasoolullah ﷺ ko yeh farmate suna ke Ilm haasil karna har musalman par faraz hai.

حدثنا أبو الحسن محمد بن محمد بن أحمد المؤ الحبلي ثنا إبراهيم بن محمد بن عمرويه ثنا أحمد بن أبي الصلت بن المغلس ثنا بشر بن الو ليد ثنا يعقوب بن إبر اهيم عن أبي حنيفة

*Imam Darqutni (Rahimahullah) ne kaha:

يضع الحديث

Wo hadith gadta tha.

**Imam Asbahani (Rahimahullah) ne Kitab-ul-Duafa (Safa no.65, Rawe no.31) mein zikr kiya hai.

***Ibn Adi (Rahimahullah) ne kaha:

ما رأيت في الكذابين أقل حياء منه

Main ne nahi dekha hai is jaisa kazab, besharamoon mein say tha.

****Khateeb Bagdadi (Rahimahullah) is rewayat k bare mein farmate hai:

ولا يثبت لأبي حنيفة سماع من أنس بن مالك والله اعلم

Aur sabit nahi hai Abu Haneefa ka Anas Bin Mailk say sama, Allah Bahtar jaanta hai.

Dalil no.3: Fiqhya Wa Qazi Abu Abdullah Hussain Bin Ali Al Saymeri (M. 436 H) apne sanad say bayaan karte hai:

عَن أبي حنيفَة انه قَالَ حججْت مَعَ أبي سنة سِتّ وَتِسْعين ولي سِتّ عشرَة سنة فَإِذا أَنا بشيخ قد اجْتمع النَّاس عَلَيْهِ فَقلت لأبي من هَذَا الرجل فَقَالَ هَذَا رجل قد صحب مُحَمَّدًا صلى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسلم يُقَال لَهُ عبد الله ابْن الْحَارِث بن جُزْء فَقلت لأبي أَي شَيْء عِنْده قَالَ أَحَادِيث سَمعهَا من النَّبِي صلى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسلم فَقلت قدمني إِلَيْهِ حَتَّى أسمع مِنْهُ فَتقدم بَين يَدي فَجعل يفرج عني النَّاس حَتَّى دَنَوْت مِنْهُ فَسَمعته يَقُول سَمِعت رَسُول الله صلى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسلم يَقُول من تفقه فِي دين الله كَفاهُ الله همه ورزقه من حَيْثُ لَا يحْتَسب

{Akhbaar Abi Haneefa Wa Ashaba Li Seymeri, Safa no.18}

Tarjama: Imam Abu Haneefa Rahimahullah farmate hai ke 96 H. mein main ne apne walid sahab k saath Hajj kiya, us waqt meri umar 16 saal thi, meri nazar ek Shaikh par padi jis ke gardoh guwoon hujoom tha, main ne apne walid se poocha ke Yeh buzurg kaun hai ? jawab diya: Yeh wo shaks hai jisne Nabi Sallallahu Alahi Wasallam ki sohbat ikhtiyaar ki hai, Inka naam “Abdullah Bin Haris Bin Jazae” hai, main ne kaha: Un k paas kya hai ? Jawab diya kii In ke pass ahadith hai jo Nabi Sallallahu Alahi Wasallam say suni hai, maine kaha: muje aagey lechale taake main inse ahadith sunu, Mere walid logon ko hatakar Muje qareeb kiya toh main ne suna Aap Radiallahu Anhu ne farmaya ke Nabi Sallallahu Alahi Wasallam ka farmaan hai: Jo Allah k deen ki samaj bojj haasil karta hai Allah iski zarooriyaat k khud kafeel banjaate hai, Ise wahaan riziq dete hai jahaan say us ghuman bhi nahi hota.

حَدثنَا أَبُو بكر هِلَال بن مُحَمَّد ابْن اخي هِلَال الرَّأْي قَالَ ثَنَا أبي أَبُو عبيد الله مُحَمَّد بن مُحَمَّد قَالَ ثَنَا مُحَمَّد بن حمدَان الطَّيَالِسِيّ قَالَ ثَنَا أَحْمد بن الصَّلْت قَالَ ثَنَا مُحَمَّد بن سَمَّاعَة عَن أبي يُوسُف عَن أبي حنيفَة

Yeh rewayat daragzail wojuhaat ki waja say jhoote hai:

[1] Abu Bakr Hilal Bin Muhammad majrooh rawe hai.

[2] Abu Ubaidullah Muhammad Bin Muhammad majhool hai.

[3] Muhammad Bin Humdaan b majhool hai.

[4] Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Salat Bin Galas Al-Hamani Kazab hai.

Is rewayat k jhoot hone ki ek zabardast dalil yeh hai kii Abdullah Bin Haris (Radiallahu Anhu) ki wafaat 80 Hijri Ya 80 Hijri k baad, Ya 85 Hijri Ya 86 Hijri, Ya 87 Hijri, Ya 88 Hijri mein hue hai {Tahzeeb At-Tahzeeb, Jild no.5, Safa no.179, Al-Istiya’aab Fi Marifatil Sahaba, Safa no.301} aur Abu Haneefa (Rahimahullah) ki wiladat 80 Hijri mein hue hai toh Imam Sahab ki umar us waqt 8 ya 7 ya 6 ya 5 ya 4 ya 3 ya 2 ya sirf 1 saal ki thy.

Goor karne ka makaam hai 96 Hijri mein Imam Sahab ne hajj kiya aur Sahab-e-Rasool ﷺ ko dekha jabkii Sahabi 96 Hijri say phelay hi wafaat paagaye thy lihaza yeh rewayaat jhoote hai.

 

Dalil no.4: Imam Muhammad Bin Al Hasan Al Shaybani (M. 189 H) Imam Abu Haneefa say rewayat karte hai.

اخبرنا ابو حنيفة قال حدثنا عبدالله بن حبيبة قال سمعت ابا الدرداء يقول كنت رديف رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم فقال: يا ابا الدرداء! من شهدان لااله الاالله مخلصاً و جبت له الجنة.

Tarjama: Imam Abu Haneefa Rahimahullah farmate hai kee Mujse Hazrat Abdulllah Bin Abi Habeeba Radiallahu Ahnu ne bayan kiya kee Main ne Hazrat Abu Al-Darda’e Radiallahu Anhu say suna, farmarahe the kee Mai Huzoor Sallallahu Alahi Wasallam k peeche sawari par baitha tha Aap ne farmaya: Aye Abu Al-Darda’e! Jis shaks ne ikhlaas k saath “لا اله الاالله” ki gawahi de toh uske liye Jannat wajib hogaye.

و ثنا ابن المقريء ثنا بشرالرواسي ثنا مصعب بن عبدالله الواسطي ثنا يزيد بن هارون ثنا عبدالله بن أبي حنيفة قال: قال أبو الدرداء….
Is rewayat ki sanad ka b ata pata nahi hai kyunkii:

[1] Basheer Al-Rosee majhool hai.

[2] Mus’ab Bin Abdullah Al-Wasti b majhool hai.

*Kitab-ul-Asar Imam Muhammad say sabit nahi hai kyunkii is kitab ka marqazi rawe Abdullah Bin Muhammad Bin Ya’qoob Al-Haarithi kazab hai.

**Abu Abdullah Muhammad Bin Al-Hasan Bin Farqad Ash-Shaybaani khud b majrooh rawe hai:

1.Imaam Abu Zakariyyah Yahya Bin Ma’een Bin Awn Al-Baghdaadi (Rahimahullah) (Mutawafi 233 Hijri) ne kaha: “Jahmi Kazzab”.

Wallahu Alam ho sakhta hai yahaan Kazib say muraad galti hai, Arabic mein Kazib galti par b bola jata hai.

2.Imaam Abu Abdullah Ahmed Bin Muhammad Bin Hanbal Ash-Shaybaani Al-Baghdaadi (Rahimahullah ) (Mutawafi 241 Hijri) ne kaha: “Koi cheez nahi hai aur Is ki hadith likhe hi na jaye”.

3.Imaam Abu Hafs Amr Bin Ali Bin Bahr Al-Fallaas Al-Basari (Rahimahullah) (Mutawafa 249 Hijri) ne kaha: “Da’if”.

4. Abu Ishaaq Ibraaheem Bin Ya’qoob Al-Juzjaani (Rahimahullah) (Mutawafi 259 Hijri) ne bohut khoobsurat andaaz mein kaha: “Asad Bin Amr, Muhammad Bin Al-Hasan aur (Hasan Bin Ziyaad) Al-Lu’luwi say Allah farig ho chukka hai”.

“Allah farig ho chukka hai” yeh Juzjaani ki jarah ka ek khaas andaaz hai. Joya wo Surat Ar-Rahmaan ki Aayat no.31 ki taraf ishara karte thy.Wallahu Alam.

Is ka yeh matlab b ho Sakhta hai Allah Ta’alah ne humain in say najaat dey diye hai.

5.Imaam Abu Zur’ah Ubaydullah Bin Abdul Kareem Ar-Raazi (Rahimahullah)   (Mutawafi 264 Hijri) ne kaha: “Muhammad Bin Al-Hasan jahmi tha”.

6. Imaam Abu Abdur Rahmaan Ahmed Bin Shu’ayb Bin Ali Al-Nasaa’ee (Rahimahullah) (Mutawafi 303 Hijri) ne kaha: “Da’if”.

7.Abu Ja’far Muhammad Bin Amr Bin Moosa Bin Hammaad Al-Ukaylee (Mutawafi 322 Hijri) ne Muhammad Bin Al-Hasan ko apne Kitaab Ad-Du’afa zikr kiya aur koi difa’a nah kiya.

8. Saheeh Ibn Hibbaan k musanif, Abu Haatim Muhammad Bin Hibbaan Bin Ahmed At-Tameemi Al-Busti (Rahimahullah) (Mutawafi 364 Hijri) ne kaha: “Aur wo (Muhammad Bin Al-Hasan) ne murji tha, is ki taraf dawat deta tha…..wo aqalmand tha (laykin) hadith mein wo koi cheez nahi hai, wo siqa raweyon say rewayat bayaan karta tha aur un mein isay waham ho jata tha, jab aise harqate us say bohut zeada sarzad hue toh wo kasrat say galtiya karne ki waja say matrook karar diya jane ka mustahiq ban gaya, kyunkii wo in (murjiyon) k mazhab ki taraf dawat dene wala tha”.

9. Abu Ahmed Abdullah Bin Adee Al-Jarjaani (Rahimahullah) (Mutawafi 365 Hijri) ne kaha: “Muhammmad Bin Al-Hasan Ahle Hadith mein say nahi……Us ki hadith k saath mushgul hona aisa kaam hai jis ki koi zorurat nahi hai….Muhammad Bin Al-Hasan aur is jaisay logo ki rewayaat say Ahle Hadith bay niyaaz hai”.

10. Imaam Abu Hafs Umar Bin Ahmed Bin Shaaheen Al-Baghdaadi (Rahimahullah) (Mutawafi 385 Hijri) ne Muhammad Bin Al-Hasan ko apne mashoor kitab Tareekh Asmaa Ud-Du’afa wal Kazebeen mein zikr kiya aur koi difa’a nah kiya.

Tahiqi Ka Khulasa: Maloom hua Imam Muhammad Bin Hasan ko jamhoor Muhadithseen ne daif karar diya hai.

 

In 4 dalail k baad Ilyas Ghuman ne Muhaqeqeen ki tasreyaat pesh kiye hai, Unka jawab mukhtasaran diya ja sakhta hai kii In sab ulma ne apne daway ki koi dalil bayaan nahi kiye hai lihaza dawa hi mardood hai.

Ilyas Ghuman Ka Usool:

Ilyas Ghuman likhte hai kii: Laykin yeh mosoof ka mahaz dawa hai jiski haqeqat kuch nahi……Mosoof ne yeh dawa kiya kii “Imam Abu Haneefa ne In mein say kise say b rewayat nahi kiye” laykin is par koi dalil de, lihaza yeh dawa bila dalil hone ki waja say gair maqbool hai….Is tafseel say maloom hua kii Sahib-e-Mishkaat Rahimahullah ne mazkorah Hazrat ki jin ibaratoon ko bunyaad banaya hai wo qata’an bay bunhaad aur dawa mahaz hai…..{Safa no.17 aur 20}

 

Abu Haneefa Taba’ee Nahi Thy:
Abu Haneefa (Rahimahullah) k muqalideen k dalail:

1.Muhammad Bin Sa’id ne kaha:

 

” حدثنا أبو الموفق سيف بن جابر قاضي واسط قال: سمعت أبا حنيفة يقول: قدم أنس بن مالك الكوفة ونزل النخع وكان يخضب بالحمرة ، قد رأيته مرارًا”

Is rewayat ka khulasa yeh hai kii Abu Haneefa ne kaha kii Main ne Anas Bin Malik (radiallahu anhu) ko kufa mein dekha.

{Aqwad Al-Jamaan Fi Manaqib Al-Numan (49), Tazkeratul Huffaz (1/168, No.163), Manaqib-e-Abi Haneefa (7-8)}

Jawab:

[1] Iska bunyadi rawe Sayaf Bin Jabir majhoolul haal hai, Is ki towseekh kise mustanad kitab mein mojood nahi hai.

[2] Dosri baat yeh rewayat Ibn Sa’id ki kitab “Al-Tabqaat” mein mojood nahi hai.
Is Rewayat ko Hakim Kabeer Abu Ahmad Muhammad Bin Muhammad Bin Ahmad Bin Ishaq ne apne Kitab Al-Asami Wal Kuna (4/184) mein is rewayat ko darajzail sanad aur matn say rewayat kiya hai:

“حدثني أبوبكر بن أبى عمر والمعدل بيخارى: حدثني أبو بكر عبدالله بن محمد بن خالد القاضي الرازي الحبال قال: حدثنى عبدالله بن محمد بن عبيد القرشي المعروف بابن أبي لدنيا: محمد بن سعد االها شمي صاحب الواقدي: نا أبو الموفق سيف بن جابر قاضي واسط قال: سمعت أبا حنيفة يقول: قدم أنس بن مالك الكوفة ونزل النخع وكان يخضب بالجهر قد رأيته مرارًا “
Jawab: Yeh rewayat do (2) wojuhaat say daif hai:

[1] Abu Bakr Bin Abi Umaro ki tawseekh na maloom hai.
[2] Is mein b Sayaf Bin Jabir majhoolul haal hai.

Isay maloom hua na yeh rewayat Ibn Sa’id say sabit hai na Abu Haneefa say.

 

2.Khateeb Bagdadi (rahimahullah) ne kaha:

” النعمان بن ثابت أبو حنيفة التيمي إمام أصحاب الرأي وفقيه أهل العراق ، رأى أنس بن مالك وسمع عطاء بن أبي رباح “

Ya’ani Numan Bin Sabit Abu Haneefa Al-Taime Ahle rai k imam aur faqee thy Ahle Iraq k, Anas Bin Malik (Radiallahu anhu) ko dekha aur Aat’ah Bin Abi Rabah say sama kiya.

Jawab: Galiban Khateeb Bagdadi ki nazar mein Sayaf Bin Jabir wali rewayat thy jo kii sabit kar chukay hai hum kii wo daif hai.
Yeh hi hokum baki muhadithseen k liye hai jaisay Imam Zahabi, Ibn Kaseer, Ibn Hajar wagarahum k liye hai aur in k aqwal pesh karne ki zorurat nahi hai.

 

Abu Haneefa (Rahimahullah) k Taba’ee na hone k dalail:

1.Imam Darqutni (Rahimahullah) say sawal kiya gaya kii:

 

“أبو الحسن الدارقطني وانا اسمع عن سماع أبى حنيفة عن أنس يصح”

Kya Abu Haneefa ka Anas (Bin Malik (Radiallahu anhu)) say sam’a sahih hai?
Toh Aap ne jawab diya:

“قال لا ولا رؤيته لم يلحق أبو حنيفة أحدا من الصحابة”

Nahi aur na Abu Haneefa ka Anas (Radiallahu) ko dekhna sabit hai jabkii Abu Haneefa ne toh kise Sahabi say (b) mulaqaat nahi kiye hai.

Maloom hua Khateeb Bagdadi say bohut phelay Imam Darqutni ne is ka fasela kiya hai aur yeh b maloom hua kii wo Anas Bin Malik (Radiallahu anhu) wali rewayat ko sahih nahi mante tha warna yeh kabi nahi kahte.
2.Abu Yahiya Abdul Hameed Bin Abdur Rehman Al-Hamani farmate hai:

“سمعت أبا حنيفة يقول: ما رأيت أحدًا أكذب من جابر الجعفى ولا أفضل من عطاء بن أبى رباح”

Main ne Abu Haneefa ko farmate hue suna: Main ne Jabir Jo’afi say zeadah jhuta koi nahi dekha aur Ata’ah Bin Abi Rabaha say zeadah afzal koi nahi dekha.

Is say sabit hua Abu Haneefa ne Anas Bin Malik (Radiallahu Anhu) ko bilkul nahi dekha warna wo yeh kabi na farmate kii “Main ne Aat’ah (Tabi) say afzal koi nahi dekha”. Yeh aam logu ko b maloom hai kii har Sahabi har Tabi say afzal hai aur jab Imam Sahab ne khud alaan farma diya hai kii Unhu ne Aat’ah say zeada afazal koi insaan nahi dekha toh sabit hogaya kii Unhu ne kise Sahabi ko nahi dekha.
Mashoor Sufi Ali Bin Usmain Al-Hajwari ne Imam Sahab ko Taba’a Taba’een k tabqat mein zikr kiya hai.
