HADITH AUR FIQH :

Abu Mu’sa al-Ashari(radhiyallahu anhu) se rivayat hai ke..

Nabi e Kareem Sallallahu Alai Wasallam ne farmaya… “ Allah taala ne muje jis ILM O HIDAYAT ke saath bheja hai iski misaal zabardast barish ki si hai jo zameen par [khoob] barse. Baaz zameen jo saaf hothi hai wo pani ko pileti hai aur bahuth sabzi aur ghaas ugati hai aur baaz zameen jo saqt hoti hai wo pani ko rok lete hai isse ALLAH Taala logonko faidah pahunchata hai. Wo isse sairaab hote hai aur janwaronko pilakar sairaab karte hai.

 

 Aur kuch zameen ke baaz khittonpar paani parta hai jo bilkul chatil maidaan hothe hai, wo na paani rokte hai aur naahi sabzi ughaate hai.

 Tho pahle misaal uski tarah hai jo Deen ko Samaj paidah ki aur usse nafa haasil kare [ ILM hasil kare ], aur usne Ilm E Deen seekha aur doosronko sikhaya. Aur akri misaal uski maanind hai jo hidayat ki parwah nahi ki aur naahi ALLAH ke hidayat ko khubul kiya jo mere zariyese ALLAH taala ne bheja. [ Chatil Maidan jaisa ]

 Is Hadith se Samaj aane wali baaten :

Sheikh Zubair AliZai (rahimahullah) likte hai ke :

  1. Do Kism ke log isse Faideh me hai.

    i) Wo log jo Quran aur Hadeeth ko seekte hai aur doosronko Sikhaate hai.
    ii) Wo log ko jo Khud ki zindagi Quran aur Hadeeth se  Islam ke DEEN par jeete hai. 
  2. Saheeh ul Aqidah ke AALIM e Deen ka Martaba aam insaan se kai bada darja rakta hai, Kitaab o Sunnat ke shart par AALIM jab Aml karte hai tho wo iska Dikhawa nahi karte.

      3. Muslalam bhaiyonki madad karna aur unki zaruriyaat par hamesha maujood rahna           wo Imaan ki nishaani wale log hai.

        4. ‘Tafaqquh’ ke maana hai ke Quran, Hadith Aur Ijma E Salaf ke fahm ki mutaabik Aml karna hai.

Rasoolullah SallallahuA’laihiWaSallam ne bhi farmaya :

Beshak mere Ummat me sabse behtareen log mere Zamane ke (Sahaba), fir unke baad ke zamane ke log (Tabi’in) fir unke baad ke zamane ke log (Tab Tabi’in).

[ Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim #2535 ]

Kuch log jo Ahl ur-Ra’i  [RAYY wale log ] mese hai unmese kuch ne Kitaab O Sunnah ke Khilaaf jaakar apne apko Faqeeh samajbate hai, Chunache wo log Fiqh aur Tafaqquh se kaafi door hi hai.

Imaam Ali ibn al-Madeeni rahimahullah jo Imam Bukhari Rahimahullah ke Ustaad hai, farmaya ke :

Hadeeth aur uske Tafaqquh ko samajna aadha ILM hai aur Asma’ ur-Rijaal [Raviyonke baareme] ILM rakhna Aadha ILM hai.

Waleed ibn Hammad al-Luluwee, Faqhi jinke baareme Ibn Hibban Rahimahullah ne unki KItaab ‘at-Thiqaat’ (9/226) me zikr kiya hai unke bareme Abu Ja’far Muhammad ibn Ubayd ibn Utbah al-Koofee (Jo Siqah, Sudooq hai ) Waleed ke baareme farmaya ke :

Wo bahuth roya karte the. Wo ek Sacche Faqeeh the aur wo unke Rayy se kabhi fatwa nahi diya karte the.

Afsos ho wo log par jo apne apko Faqeeh samajte hai aur Kitaab o Sunnat ke khilaaf hai acchi tarah malum rakh kar bhi apne Rayy se fatwe dete hai.

Ek Sahih hadith aati hai jaha Nabi Sallallahu Alai Wasallam 2 sajdonke darjiyan baitkar padte hai ke.. :

رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي

 Rabbigh Firlee Rabbigh Firlee – [ Aey Mere Rab Mujhe Maaf Farma, Aey Mere Rab Mujhe Maaf Farma.

[ Sunan Abi Dawood # 874;
Sunan an-Nasa’ee 1070,1146;
Musnad Abi Dawood at-Tayalisee 416 ; Isnad Saheeh ]

Note:

Nabi Sallallahu Alai Wasallam Gunahonse bari hai, Isme koi shak hi paidah nahi hotha, Wo tho yeh Dua apni Ummat ko sikhane k liye padte the ya fir is dua ke maane “Ya ALLAH mere aur mere Ruh ke beech me ek baand [Rukawat] daalde “


Tabi’ee Imaam Makhool rahimahullah, jo ke Jumhoor Muhadditheen ke mutabik Sacche hai, wo 2 sajdonke darmiyan Dua karte the ke..:

اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي،وَارْحَمْنِي،وَاجْبُرْنِي، وَارْزُقْنِي

“ Ya ALLAH muje Muaf farma, Mujpar Rahem farma, Muje sahara de aur muje Ata kar

[ Musannif ibn Abee Shaybah, new manuscript v.2 p.534 h. 8922;its chain is saheeh ]

Iske Bar-Khiaaf, Kitaab “al-Jami’ as-Sagheer”, jo Muhammad ibn al-Hassan ibn Farqad as-Shaybanee [ Imam Abu Hanifa ke shagird ] par Mansoob hai, usme Zikr hai..

“ Aur Muje pasand hai, Wo 2 sajdonke darmiya Khamoshi iqtiyar karna chahiye “  (p.88)

Ispar Abdul Hayy al-Lucknowee ne farmaya ke… :

“ Yeh Saheeh Hadith ke Khilaaf hai ”

This opposes what has come in the saheeh hadeeth.
